• Campground manager: the owner or operator of a campground who claims it via Tendaro to manage its information on the Tendaro website.
• Content: all data, text, photos, reviews, and other material posted by users on Tendaro.
• Administrator: the website owner, Vulpo BV, registered at 9230 Wetteren (Belgium), Brusselsesteenweg 81, with company number [BE0749.617.582].

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all use of Tendaro. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

• Users can post reviews
• Campground managers can claim their campground after verification by Tendaro
• It is prohibited to:
• post incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information;
• upload material infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
• publish offensive, defamatory, racist, or otherwise unlawful content.

4. User responsibility

• The user is responsible for all content they post on Tendaro and indemnifies Tendaro against any third-party claims arising from it.
• Reviews must be based on personal experiences and written truthfully.
• The Administrator reserves the right to remove or reject any content that violates these terms or the law.

5. Liability of Tendaro

• Tendaro strives for accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee its correctness.
• Tendaro is not liable for any damage (direct or indirect) resulting from use of the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property

• All rights to the design, software, and content (texts, images, data, etc.) of Tendaro belong to the Administrator or its licensors.
• Reviews remain the property of the user, but by posting them, the user grants Tendaro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish them.
